It's important to us that you find the best wedding management or planning service for YOUR event, often based on guest count, budget, expectations, and priorities.
We have multiple options to choose from, but if you're finding it hard to choose, we're hear to talk to about your vision, so we can help point you in the right direction.

• Planning typically begins 12 months out from your wedding date
• Assistance with booking full vendor team, typically between 10-20 vendors depending on vision and priorities
• Monthly check-ins and a planning checklist to keep you from getting overwhelmed
• Budget management to ensure you're spending money on the things that are most important to you
• Design deck that covers every aspect of the wedding (yes, even surprise performers and a custom ice luge)
• We accept a limited number of full service clients per year to allow each couple to have the level of communication and service required

Full service wedding planning is really when we get to serve in our greatest capacity, from start to finish.
We love being able to help you narrow down your design ideas and then build the best possible team to turn it into reality.
Our goal is always to create a design and event based on your priorities – so whether you want to find a high energy band, fill a room with flowers, curate a unique menu, or completely transform a space, we're here to explore all of the options and create an iconic experience for you and your guests.
DESIGN AND SELECT VENDOR MANAGEMENT
When we see the design come together, we're always on the verge of tears, because it has been a journey we have been on with not only the couple, but their families and vendor teams who have worked so hard to make it happen.
Investment begins at $9,000
full service wedding planning:
• Begins 6-8 months prior to the wedding day
• Includes consulting and assistance on booking, budgeting, and managing up to 3 vendors (typically design-related vendors: rentals, florals, lighting, etc.)
• Includes a custom mini vision board that reflects the design and direction for the selected vendors
Our business is built on connection – not only with our couples but also within the wedding industry. We're pros at finding the best way to make your vision come to life.
While you have an idea of what you want, finding the right team to make it happen is like taking on a second job. There are so many little things to consider when pulling together the full vision.
We're here to let you make the "fun" decisions (like colors and overall aesthetic) and let us figure out the logistics (like finding the right lounge set and knowing how many champagne glasses you'll need at the bar).

• Begins 8 weeks before the wedding day, with 3 planning meetings and email communication
• Includes vendor and rental management of your booked vendors
• Includes start to finish management on your wedding day
• Typically booked 6-8 months prior to the wedding date
Weddings aren't what they used to be -- Regardless of guest count, they are productions with a lot of moving pieces (that you really don't want to have to worry about on your big day).
With Wedding Management, our team will begin working with you 2 months out from your wedding, organizing the vendor team you've hired, finalizing floor plans and timelines, and ensuring all of the logistics are thought through.
