Jacqueline and Cody wanted "extravagance" — a space filled with florals that would give their guests an unforgettable experience with something like they have never seen before. With no-holds-barred modern florals mixed with a clean and elevated coastal design, we turned the hotel ballroom into something out of a movie scene. 

Along with the help of Mother of Wild, we dreamed up a statement piece that went beyond just a hanging installation but one that filled the entire room. The four floral trellises that transformed the ballroom space were custom-made, floor-to-ceiling, and covered in varieties of white florals. They stood over the dinner tables for guests to be fully immersed in the garden florals while they ate in a cocktail style reception. We carried that design through all the small details of the day including the custom floating spiral for the cake made of hand-crafted sugar flowers, two bars with accompanying floral arrangements, a champagne shelf, and floral ceremony arch. Dinner was served in stations as guests were invited to dine under the florals, at various high tops, or in the cozy lounge area next to the dance floor. 

Jacqueline and Cody also treated their guests and Jacqueline’s 100-year-old grandfather, who traveled all the way from Mexico, with a Mariachi band! The Mariachi band was one of the few ways that we brought in her family’s’ Spanish culture, mixed with the backdrop of coastal views and delicious seafood of their home together.

Jacqueline and Cody wanted the “wow” factor and our secret garden garnered audible *gasps* as guests entered the reception. It was a true example of transforming a space and collaboration with multiple vendors’ talents.
